Data export, deletion, and recovery backup
Use Recall Settings to export your current industry customer book, manage Customer Book Backup, or delete encrypted backup content. Delete individual local customers in their profiles; deleting the app or wiping the device removes local app data. Backup deletion does not cancel your Apple subscription or erase Apple/RevenueCat purchase records—manage subscriptions separately in Apple ID settings.
